1Where are you located?

Jacksonville Technology Services is located on the second floor of 4800 Spring Park Road, Jacksonville, FL 32207

Our offices reside in a Category 5 Hurricane rated data center along with other technology firms such as Fidelity Information Systems, JEA and Web.com

2Why are you located inside a secure datacenter facility?

Jacksonville Technology Services works with sensitive data belonging to highly regulated industries such as banking, mortgage, insurance, finance, legal, and health care.

In order to fulfill the data security and regulatory compliance guidelines some of our clients demand of us, our office is located in a secure data center facility.

3How long have you been in business?

Jacksonville Technology Services, LLC is owned and operated as a joint venture between Florida high tech holdings company, Keystone Management Group, LLC and New Jersey computer technology services firm Bergen Computer Solutions. The ownership team has over 10 year's experience owning an operating regionalalized technology companies.

4Can you travel to my home or business?

Absolutely. We typically dispatch technicians, and engineers directly to our customer's locations.

5Can I meet with you at your office?

Certainly. We always welcome customers at our office, many of whom enjoy taking a tour of our self-sufficient bunker-grade facility. U.S. Government issued photo ID such as a Drivers License or Passport is required to proceed through security.

6What types of insurance do you carry?

Jacksonville Technology Services, LLC carries all required insurances such as Workman's Compensation, General Liability, and Professional Liability. A certificate of insurance naming you, the customer, as additionally insured may be issued upon request pursuant to the requirements of your engagement.

7Do you service out of state contracts?

Yes. First and foremost, we are a Jacksonville based company specializing in serving the needs of our community. Our parent companies have physical offices in New Jersey and Colorado along with data center locations in California, Colorado, New Jersey and North Carolina. While our focus is local, our reach is national.

1Can you login to my computer or server remotely?

Yes. With your permission, a certified technician can logon remotely to provide technical support. In most cases, your problem can be resolved in one session without needing to travel to your location.

2Do you offer monthly support plans?

Jacksonville Technology Services offers affordable, fixed cost, managed service plans. Your PC, Server, or network will be monitored, managed and maintained for one low monthly cost.

3I have a virus, can you help?

Our PC and Server technicians have years of experience removing even the most challenging of computer viruses. From removing spyware, adware, ransomware and other forms of malware, our techs will keep your computers virus free.

COMPUTER & PHONE REPAIR

1What is the success rate of water damage repair?

Typically we have a water damage repair success rate of 75% percent, though nothing is guaranteed to work and there is no warranty included.

2My phone doesn't charge. How can I tell if it's the battery or charge port?

If your phone does not charge altogether, check to see if the port is loose or dirty. If it’s loose or dirty, you will most likely need a charging port replacement. If an aux cord can be firmly plugged in, you are most likely experiencing a battery issue.

3How do I know if I need the LCD repair or not?

The screen appears black, white, bleeding, or has dead pixels, you need to replace the LCD. If the glass is cracked as well, you will need a Screen Replacement. You can send us a picture of the current condition of the phone while it is powered on to [email protected] and we will do our best to diagnose it.

4I tried to fix my iPhone on my own and have it kind of taken apart. Can I send it to you and have you fix it?

You sure can! This happens more often than you think. Just purchase the diagnostic service repair, bring us the phone, and we will take care of ya!

5My touch screen doesn’t work, but the glass is not shattered. What repair do I pick?

The Screen Replacement repair is what you are in need oft.

6I live in the near one of your stores. Is there any way to stop by your office to have the repair done?

Definitely! Walk-ins are always welcome. Our hours are Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm Saturday 9 am – 5 pm, Sunday - Closed. No appointments are necessary and our technicians can complete most repairs in minutes while you wait in our waiting room!

7Do you charge extra for “priority service” or same-day service?

No, we do not charge anything extra to fix your computer or phone in a timely manner. We can normally complete all repairs the same day you drop your computer or phone off!

8How are your prices so much better than your competitors?

Because we have built a large customer base that trust us to deliver exceptional service at an affordable price, we strive to keep it that way.

9Do you sell used computers?

We do sell used computers. While we do not keep a constant inventory of used systems, we do have used systems available for sale on a regular basis.

10Do you sell new computers?

YES we do! We also do custom build computers to fit your needs using top of the line name brand parts!

11How long does it take to repair my phone?

Most devices are repaired within 1 hour when the part is in stock.

12What if I already purchased the part needed for repair?

We can use your part but we cannot give our 30 Day Warranty with the repair.

13What devices do you repair?

We repair iPhones, iPods, iPads, Computers, Network Equiment, & Tablets.

14Do you offer a warranty?

All of our repairs come with a 30 day Parts and Labor Warranty.

15What are your normal hours of operation?

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday: Closed

16What are some of your most common repairs?

We repair a lot of Apple products (iPod Touch, iPad, iPhone, Macbook, iMac, & Macbook Pro). The most common repair we do is the glass screen replacement on those devices.

17Do you fix water damage?

Yes, we do repair water damage. If your device has been wet, the best thing to do is to power it off right away. Do not plug it in to charge or try a new battery. We offer a diagnosis services on all repairs and for the highest probability of repair, bring it in ASAP.

18Does your warranty cover accidental damage?

No, we cannot cover any form of accidental damage.

19Do I need to make an appointment to have my phone repaired?

No appointments are necessary, but they can be set. Calling ahead for more accurate quote times is best.

20Do you offer any type of warranty on your repairs?

Yes, all repairs carry a 30 day parts and labor warranty which means if you have any issues related to the repair within 30 days we will take care of it free of charge!
